The process for submission and
publishing is very simple:

Write a 500-1,000-word article about a specific
subject that interests you or in response to an
article in a national publication (art or news
media). You can also discuss your own work;

Make sure to use correct
spelling and grammar, stay on point, avoid insulting
language. We recommend you run it through
friends for criticism before you submit it.

Submit it via e-mail along with
a bio and a photo to
egga@gargost.com;

If the subject is of interest
and if it is well written, then we'll publish it;
-
Upon publication we will send
you the $50 payment via PayPal (if you do not have a
PayPal account, then the payment will be sent via
regular mail, and all expenses incurred will be
discounted from your payment);

If people show interest in your
piece and quality comments are submitted on the
site, then you are eligible for a $100 payment for
your next approved article.
Please note that all payments are
reported to the IRS as income for you.
